We already know that the Exynos version of the Galaxy S20 was slightly more “inferior” compared to the American Snapdragon 865 model, not only in its performance but also in the battery, even in the photographic performance, at least according to what we have seen in the comparative video.
The Galaxy Note 20 comes with an upgraded Snapdragon 865+ processor in America, but in Europe, Samsung offers us exactly the same Exynos 990.
Although there is a difference in the papers, we have not seen a comparative video with the two devices until today.
The SpeedTest G YouTube channel uploaded the first comparative video between the two versions, where the two models go through the benchmark Speed Test G 2.0 application, with the results being almost what we expected.
The version with the Snapdragon 865+ completed the test in 1:32 minutes, with the Exynos version following with 1:50. Although there was a 6-second difference in the CPU test, the biggest difference came in the GPU test, with a difference of over 12 seconds.
As seen in the video, Exynos had a hard time rendering the graphics, where Snapdragon has no difficulty at all. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person. In the mixed test, the Exynos 990 version was 0.3 seconds faster.
However, benchmarks usually do not translate into user experience, as it will be difficult to find differences between the two versions in the daily work of users.
