Recently, Samsung has released One UI 2.5 update to its Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10 series. One UI 2.5 update for these two devices also install the Live Caption feature, which appears to astound its users.
This new Live Caption feature automatically captions media playing on your phone. Use it on videos, podcasts, and audio messages and get captions right away. If you’ve installed this latest update on your device and you want to use it, follow the guidance below.
Via Quick Settings Panel:
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick settings panel.
- Find and tap on “Live Caption” to enable it.
- Once enabled, Live Caption should automatically detect if the media content is being on the display.
Via Settings:
- Settings.
- Accessibility.
- Hearing enhancements.
- Live Caption.
- Toggle on Live Caption to enable the setting.
- Once enabled, Live Caption should automatically detect if the media content is being on the display.
