Samsung has officially rolling out the May 2020 security update for the Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A8 (2018) smartphone users in various countries. The latest update brings version number A520FXXSECTD7 for Galaxy A5 (2017) and the Galaxy A8 (2018) update is identified by firmware version A530FXXSCCTE1.
The updates for both devices include only security fixes.

Note – Galaxy A8 (2018) and Galaxy A5 (2018) owners will find a notification waiting for them if the May security update is available in their region. if you haven’t already. You can manually check for the update by going to Settings >> Software udpate >> Download and install.
