Xiaomi’s portal function was originally an exploratory experimental function launched by Xiaomi MIUI 9. The user long-press in any area with text can trigger the smart analysis of the text content by the mobile phone system without leaving.
The current application can get information such as movie reviews, encyclopedias, maps, and word searches. The new version of the portal function is tested internally, and image recognition is completed on the basis of text recognition.
New highlights
- The new version of the portal has opened up picture recognition on the basis of the old version of text recognition. OCR has added many functions that make people feel “wow” such as “picture saving, text picking up in pictures” and so on.
