Video calling now part of the Telegram app with the beta version 7.0.0 and Bubble notifications on the way

Nowadays every single person is using Telegram And that’s why Telegram is undoubtedly is popular the most massing app with their rich feature out there, but everything has some loose points too so that telegram has some blemish points too which is lacks one crucial feature that’s available on most alternatives — video calling.

Well, This is one and only weak point of video calling and group video call. We all know that because of this weak point users are really use telegram just like other messengers like WhatsApp and Google Duo.

Well, WhatsApp and Google Duo have used these features, but that is bound to change soon. But now Telegram will no longer stay back in this technology race so Earlier this year, Telegram had been announced that now they will finally going to add video calling support to the messenger this year.

As promised, Telegram is now rolling out version 7.0.0 on the beta channel and it brings video calling support, among other things.

Well if we talking about the video quality and the video calling features so The video calling feature was apparently has been spotted by @alex193a in Telegram v7.0.0 beta for iOS, Android, and macOS.

As you can see in the attached screenshot, you can access the video calling feature by tapping the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner of any chat and it’s enabled by default on the latest beta release.

Meanwhile, in order to use such a feature, you and the other participant need to have Telegram v7.0.0 beta installed on your devices.

But don’t be so glad to so far because it just a prospective prediction which is done by the producers of Telegram. So meanwhile Telegram hasn’t officially announced anything about the video calling feature yet, but we probably have believed that it should reach the stable channel in the coming weeks.

Along with the video calling feature, the latest Telegram beta also reveals that the app will soon receive support for Android 11’s Bubble notifications as well.

Well if telegram tries to fix this feature in their program so firstly they will start testing floating chat head bubbles late last month in version 6.3.0 beta of the app, which could definitely be enabled via a debug option in the app’s settings.

So, However, the debug option didn’t enable native Bubbles in Android 11. With the latest beta release, Telegram’s chat head bubbles now work with Android 11’s native Bubbles API, but you still need to enable the debug option. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the chat bubbles appear in the Conversations section of the notification shade.

Well, that’s all was about the Telegram updates. But now the question arises that if Telegram has to fix such video calling features in their app so is it possible that users will give the same platform of priority just like they give other massager apps like WhatsApp and Google Duo as well. Well, let’s see what’s happened. Till then stay tuned with us and keep updated as well.
