According to the official information and Huawei EMUI 11 roadmap, a total of 10 devices should receive EMUI 11 stable update in early November. For now, the 8 devices leaving out the two tablets – HUAWEI MatePad Pro and HUAWEI MatePad Pro 5G are now eligible for the EMUI 11 stable update.
