Huawei has officially rolled out the new March 2020 security update based on EMUI 10(Android 10) for the Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 smartphone users. The latest brings version number EMUI 10.0.0.199 (Required 10.0.0.182 -> 10.0.0.199), (Size: 103MB).
