According to the official announcement by Honor, the company will begin rolling out the Magic UI 3.0 based on the Android 10 OS update for the Honor 20, Honor 20 Pro, and Honor View 20 starting March 15.
Moreover, the company says it’s testing EMUI 10 for the following devices and the rollout date is yet to be announced.

Honor 10 lite
Honor V10
Honor 20 lite or 20i
Honor 8x
Honor 9X
Honor 9X Pro
Only Honor 20, 20 Pro and Honor View20 runs Magic UI software, others are eligible for EMUI 10.
