PUBG Mobile is one of the most popular followed by COD and Free Fire. In this case, we are going to make a comparison between PUBG Mobile and Free Fire, we will see the similarities and differences, and we will analyze which one is better.
Similarities
One of the similarities between these two games is that they are free to download. It has purchased within the application, but we can enjoy good games without problems even if we do not make purchases. These two games have some missions that can give you coins, tickets, or gifts (weapons or trial skins) that you can use until it ends.
They Are Both Shooting Games Which Are Based On Battle Royale – You start from 0, without equipment and weapons, and during the game, you have to equip yourself to survive all the other players. The objective is to face the other players until only one is left alive in the game. The maps of each game have similar details but here is a small difference that I will comment on in another section. Another similarity between these two games is that they not only have equipment and weapons to survive, but you can also take vehicles to go faster to the different areas of the map.
Game Modes – You can play ranked, classic, or squad. The modes are quite similar and we can find everything from single to squads.
Difference
System Requirements – One of the big differences we can see that to play PUBG Mobile we need a minimum of 2GB of RAM and have at least Android version 5.1.1. Currently, the download size varies by device. In my case, the download was 1.9GB. In the case of Free Fire, as we have already mentioned, it’s lighter, allowing older terminals that require fewer resources to play without problems. As system requirements, you need to have at least Android version 4.0.3. This aspect, however, is what makes the graphics, performance, or gameplay lower than PUBG.
Graphics Quality – One of the main and the most important differences between these two games are based on the quality of the graphics. PUBG Mobile has better graphics than Free Fire and this is because initially, Free Fire is designed to consume fewer resources and be able to be played on older terminals. In this case, PUBG consumes a lot more resources and storage.
Number Of Players In A Battle – Another difference between these two games is the number of players in a game. In Free Fire, the number of players is 50, while in PUBG we find a survival mode of 100. This means that PUBG will have more players to eliminate and therefore, the games can be more interesting, longer, and more difficult to win. They Both Have Vehicles, But PUBG Mobile Has More Variety – In both games, you can use vehicles to move around the map, but in this case, Free Fire is somewhat more limited. In PUBG, you have a wide variety of vehicles (like boats for example) while in Free Fire you can only go in cars or motorcycles.
Maps – The maps have a point in common, but there are also differences. In this case, PUBG has 4 different map types while Free Fire only has 2. Another aspect of the maps is that the PUBG maps are bigger due to more players compared to Free Fire.
View mode – In PUBG, you can change the view mode of the characters, while in Free Fire you can only play in the third person. That is, in PUBG you can play as if you were the character while in Free Fire you are seeing the character all the time. Only when you use the sight of the weapon does it appear that you are playing in the first person.
