Samsung has been working hard to solve the problem of autofocus on the Galaxy S20 Ultra camera, and Samsung seems to have released the latest effective software update. The update was released earlier this week for international models with Exynos processors and is now available for the Snapdragon 865 model in the US market.
The latest firmware version number is G98xU1UEU1ATCH, which is being rolled out to Galaxy S20, S20 + and S20 Ultra unlocked phones in the United States.
Foreign media sammobile tests indicate that it significantly improves the focusing speed of the Galaxy S20 Ultra camera, and users of the device have also reiterated this. The changelog also mentions improved cameras for the Galaxy S20 and S20 +, although it is unclear whether there are actual improvements.
