Redmi K50 Ultra launched a few days ago, yet this smartphone already seems to be trendy. According to the latest reports and rumors, OPPO, OnePlus, and Realme could in the future launch a series of devices equipped with the same display with 1.5K resolution that we saw on the latest Redmi flagship.
As it turns out, the Redmi K50 Ultra display is trending-despite not being the world’s first 1.5K resolution panel. Yet, it seems that this solution has been so appreciated that it has inspired other manufacturers and convinced them to adopt it on their next-generation smartphones.
In particular, according to what was communicated by the source, it would be the OPPO group to launch, in the future, smartphones equipped with panels with 1.5K resolution. For the uninitiated, OnePlus and Realme also belong to this group, so in the coming months we could see the debut of devices with Redmi K50 Ultra-like displays under these brands. According to the source, this display will undergo minor changes and will be improved to offer PWM dimming up to 2,160 Hz for eye protection, compared to the Redmi K50 Ultra’s 1,920 Hz.
